Returns & Exchanges

Any order from Rooted in Truth may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

Orders may be returned so long as:

• A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
• The order is returned within 30 days of delivery.
• The item is unused and in its original packing.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@rootedintruth.co. Please note that shipping-costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for paying shipping costs to return.  Returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. In these cases, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Returns are refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 1 week for processing.
